Next Gen Coaching
Next Generation for Christ believes in walking alongside churches and church leaders, providing regular coaching to keep churches and church leaders focused, energized, and relationally accountable to one another and the goals that they have set.
James Nored, D.Min., Executive Director of Next Gen, has served as a lead preaching minister and more in churches sized 300-700 in the Kansas City, Dallas, and Washington D.C. areas. He is a certified CoachNet coach and has worked with churches and church leaders both in the U.S. and at Next Gen ministry locations in six major world regions.
Jon Reed, Preaching Minister at Hilltop Community Church of Christ - Next Gen Coach Jon Reed is a certified John Maxwell coach, and has worked with churches across California as well as other parts of the country.
This coaching is performed both onsite as well as through video coaching sessions, and includes coaching for:
