Administration—This is an organizational gift that helps the church fulfill its purpose. Those with the gift of administration can coordinate people and projects, perform administrative tasks or both. An example of someone leading through administration would be a person delegating tasks to those who can well do the job (Acts 6:1-4).

- Ministry or Personal Administration Assistant: Serve as a ministry administrative assistant for most any church ministry or ministry leader
- Office Management: Handle day-to-day operations in the church office, ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
- Financial Record Keeping: Manage donations, tithes, and financial records, ensuring accuracy and integrity in finances.
- Data Management: Maintain church membership databases, attendance records, and contact lists.
- Resource Inventory: Oversee the inventory of church supplies, from office materials to communion elements.
- Event Logistics: Handle the logistical details of church events, from registration processes to material preparation.
- Communication Coordination: Manage communication channels, including newsletters, bulletins, and email correspondence.
- Facilities Booking: Schedule and coordinate the use of church facilities for various meetings and events.
- Document Preparation: Prepare and organize important documents, such as meeting agendas, minutes, and reports.
- System Creation: Develop and maintain efficient systems for task management within the church, such as filing systems or scheduling tools.
