Faith—This gift equips one to have a strong belief that God can overcome any problem and can be trusted to act on our behalf. An example of leading through faith is believing that God can change lives, acting on that belief, and inspiring others with it (Rom. 4:18-25; 1 Cor. 13:2).
Individuals with the gift of faith hold a remarkable confidence in God's sovereignty and power. Their unwavering trust can inspire and strengthen the faith of others within the church community. Here are some ways in which they can serve:

- Prayer Ministry: Leading intercessory prayer groups, encouraging others with their confident expectation in God's answers to prayer
- Teaching and Mentoring: Providing instruction and guidance to new Christians or those struggling with doubt, teaching them to trust in God’s promises and character.
- Crisis Response: Serving as a point of contact for those in crisis, offering them hope and faith in God’s provision and presence.
- Mission Work: Participating in or leading mission trips with the conviction that God will work through them to spread the Gospel, regardless of the circumstances.
- Testimony Sharing: Giving personal testimonies of God’s faithfulness in their lives, thereby inspiring faith in others.
- Visitation Ministry: Visiting the sick, homebound, or imprisoned, bringing them hope through their assurance in God’s love and power.
- Spiritual Counseling: Offering spiritual counsel and guidance, driven by the confidence that God provides wisdom and direction.
- Church Planting: Engaging in or supporting new church initiatives, believing that God can establish and grow new congregations.
